Mindful Journaling

Rewrite the Script of your Life by Tara Ward.

This book has amazing prompts that help you connect to the present moment, your surroundings, and your inner self. I enjoy Ward’s prompts because they are thought provoking yet ambiguous enough to allow space for creativity. There is plenty of lined space on each page for a quick mindful journaling session. I’m excited to fill the pages of this mindful journal.
